Our first FSSM members farm tour of the season is coming up next week at Willamette Valley Cheese Co. The tour is Wednesday, May 4, at 2 p.m.
We’re taking a weekday jaunt to the country for a cheese-tasting at this local cheesemaker. You’ll have the opportunity to sample 31 different cheeses and ask questions of the head cheesemaker. Cheeses will be available for purchase. Willamette Valley Cheese is located about nine miles west of downtown Salem.
